Echandia gives me the opportunity to learn and develop professionally in battery technology, which I really enjoy. I had experience with batteries before, and here I can learn how the system works from a software to a mechanical perspective. Working in the development team and having a sense of ownership, responsibility, and collaboration makes me enjoy what I do every day and motivates me to constantly learn more.
